Variation is important when it comes to getting in shape and maintaining it. We all know how boring exercising can get at times. A well-rounded, variable, resistance training program tends to eliminate boredom from a workout routine.
In addition to resistance training with free weights, machines, bands and body weight, our clients may perform Pilates and yoga movements as well as plyometric exercises. Depending on the program design, some clients also participate in cardiovascular-interval training and stability, balance and flexibility training.
Our clients have ranged in age from 12 to 77 years old. They train one-on-one, as couples and as groups. With such a wide variety, their goals can vary from weight loss or gain to weight management, and from sports-related training to post-rehabilitation training. We train clients in their homes and also have four Dallas gyms available for use.
Our hours of availability are 6am to 9pm Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4pm Friday, and 7am to noon Saturday. Sessions are available in packages of 10, 20, 52 and 104. Prices typically range from $50 to $80 per session per client depending upon the number of sessions purchased, the number of sessions used per week, and the trainer you choose to work with. A single session can be purchased for $100.
